Dr. Angel Dillip

Bio.
Dr. Angel Dillip serves as Director of Programs and Operations for Apotheker. She is responsible for all aspects of program operations, planning and delivery. This includes team management, staff development,program delivery, location management, administrative oversight and management of programs and new program development
She currently leads the Afya-Tek program and consortium of partners implementing the program. She has extensive experience in the health system and community research focusing on access and quality with particular attention to realist evaluation. Dr. Angel has worked as a Research team leader in a number of projects implemented by Ifakara Health Institute. She has also conducted a number of evaluations in ADDO program implementation.
Angel holds a PhD in Epidemiology and Public Health from the University of Basel, Swiss Tropical and Public Health Institute, Switzerland.
