Oscar Lugumamu serves Apotheker as a Data Management Officer. He is responsible for coordinating data collection, data management, analysis and reporting.

Oscar has previously worked with MDH, FHI 360 and THESA.

 

Oscar holds Masters Degree in Development Studies, Social Sciences from Kampala International University
