Mr. Jacob Mtalitinya 

Jacob J. Mtalitinya  serves Apotheker as Director of Technology, Data and Innovation. He provides oversight and coordination to Apotheker Digital Health, Data Use and Innovation Initiatives. Mtalitinya is an ICT Consultant and Software Engineer with over 16 years of experience in ICTs markets. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from the University of Dar es salaam and a Master of Laws in Information and Communication Technology with a specialization in ICT laws from the Open University of Tanzania.

 

He has always ensured and participated in a number of ICT projects to provide ICT solutions in sectors such as health and education in Tanzania and outside Tanzania.
