Mr. Sosthenes Ketende

Sosthenes Katende is serving Apotheker as Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL)  Advisor. Sosthenes is an accomplished health informatics expert with a wealth of experience in technical leadership, data management and analysis, and capacity building. Over the course of his career, he has worked with a range of national and international organizations, providing invaluable support in designing, developing, planning, and implementing MEL data systems for indicator reporting.

 

Throughout his career, Sosthenes has held a range of scientific appointments and positions including Head of Statistics and Data Management at the Ifakara Health Institute, Biostatistician at the School of Public Health in Baltimore, and Consultant for the Health Nutrition & Population Group at the World Bank. He has also made significant contributions to the field of health informatics through his research.

 

Sosthenes holds a Masters Degree in Biostatistics from London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
